Spinach is my love, I make sure to include it my diet in some way or the other. Knowing the enormous benefits of it I just want to hog these gorgeous green leaves more and more.
The best way to consume Spinach in a raw form is juicing it out.You can enhance the taste by adding some other nutritious foods too such as carrots, celery, mint, lemon etc. Spinach juice is best tastes with celery & carrots with a hint of lemon in it.
You know every morning I need a glass of fresh juice and I keep experimenting with different ingredients which are healthy & tasty too. So this morning I wake up & decided to juice out Spinach. I had a lot of it in my refrigerator.
So I combined Spinach with green apple as it is high source of fiber and keeps your digestive tract clean and healthy. Another super ingredient I used is Cucumber. It is low in calorie and keeps you hydrated. Then I added Broccoli with a dash of mint, lemon and ginger in it.
So blending all theses super foods, I made a glass of green divine Spinach Juice. It is super healthy & cleanses your body in every sense so that you stay fit & hydrated throughout the day.

Ingredients & Quantity
- 2 cup Spinach leaves
- 1 green apple
- 1 medium size cucumber
- 1 cup broccoli
- 8-10 mint leaves
- About 1 inch ginger
- 2 tbs lemon juice
How to cook?
- Just juice out all the ingredients in a juicer
- Refrigerate for half an hour & serve the way you want
