Hummus is one of my favourite dip on earth. The word “Hummus” comes from the Arabic word ḥummuṣ meaning “chickpeas”. Hummus is a famous Middle eastern dish, can be consumed as Dip or spread or makes a nice salad dressing.

Here you will learn how to make the best homemade hummus! It’s super creamy and light with nice earthy taste. This hummus recipe is easy to make with just simple readily available Ingredients like Chickpeas, Garlic, Tahini, Lemon & Olive Oil. In the classic recipe , I have added a Freshly roasted Cumin to give that smokey earthy flavour.

The roasted Cumin not only enhances the flavour but adds an extra texture to The Classic Hummus.
