Quick and Healthy Paneer Do Pyaza

Quick and Healthy Paneer Do Pyaza

Paneer Do Pyaza, a simple but a versatile dish. You can play around with the recipe which suits your palette. My palette says to add some Capsicum in it, yes! I love capsicum as its rich in antioxidants and also it compliments Paneer/cottage cheese really well.

Have you ever given a thought why it is called Paneer Do Pyaza? well if you didn’t then no worries. Any dish with the name ‘Do Pyaza’ has double the amount of onions into it. Generally we divide the portion of onions in two; one part is finely chopped for the gravy and another part is roughly chopped like big crunchy chunks of onions to give the dish an extra edge and justify the name Paneer Do Pyaza 🙂

So here is a quick recipe, it my version of Paneer do Pyaza. This recipe is simple, quick and super tasty, could be your sure shot pick for a Quick lunch or Dinner.
